Estate needs. I have devoted this website to provide some insight
and thoughts; access to my National Network; and the benefits of using
my services. I believe it is imperative to be working with a
Mortgage Planner because I believe that a loan is a tool to your
financial future. By knowing how to use that tool, then you can
greatly enhance your financial outlook. Many people ask me what
is a Mortgage Planner. Well, I define a Mortgage Planner as
somebody, whom incorporates your Mortgage as a Tool to optimize your
full Wealth Potential. This includes providing solutions and a
plan by optimizing all three areas (financial-, tax- and estate
planning) to assist you in your lifetime goals. Whether it is funding
for your children's education, financial freedom or building your net
worth, it's a specialized plan created to start and keep you on track
with an Annual Review. This is important because today we have
literally hundreds of loan programs, compared to about a dozen
different loan programs a decade ago, and can be quite complicated to
most people not familiar with all of these programs. Also, so
many people are suffering today because they didn’t have a sound
plan. Many of these people were good people and thought they knew
what they were doing, but didn’t plan for unfortunate
circumstances, so they are experiencing financial hardships because of
